Job Description

A brief about the role:

Reporting to the Freight Forwarding Manager as Key Account Manager you are responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of customers by fulfilling their requirements and contractual obligations whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer care.

Broadly, this role encompasses:

* Acting as the primary point of contact; proactively interacting with your customers to assess performance levels, discuss issues, problems (current & potential) that are affecting performance, proposing solutions and specific measures to overcome them

* Building favorable business relationships with your customers to ensure the quality of service exceeds the customers' expectations

* Maintain and grow revenue of assigned accounts

* Review and track assigned KPI's; analyze key reports and report performance together with observations and or recommendations for improving performance

* Works closely with Operations and the regional network of Agility offices to ensure service levels/contractual agreements offered to key accounts are understood and complied with

* Resolves all operational and financial issues pertaining to assigned accounts
