Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated, achievement-driven, entrepreneurial sales associates to contribute to our double-digit growth, implementing emerging and mass impact products to solidify the leadership position of mCarbon with telecom operators. This role is responsible for identifying & developing new leads from new / existing accounts, coordinating first kick-off meetings, reviewing customer requirements, identifying capabilities for designing resolutions, ensuring preparation and project take-off. The role handles day-to-day customer management operations and provides timely resolution for customer issues and complaints. The role is required to regularly interface with the client and take account of any changes in customer needs. The role is responsible for practicing effective relationship management, especially for clients requiring solutions to nurture associations.

Analyzing the market trends in Mobility Space and targeting to generate qualified business leads. Acquiring new business with following the complete sales cycle straight from prospecting, leads generation, requirement gathering, preparing business proposal, negotiation, and related documentation. Interface with the Internal Teams including Product Management, Development, Operations, Finance etc. to drive the product roadmap fulfillment & issues relating to accounts

Responsibility Areas for Key Account Manager :

- He/She mainly provides contribution to the sales of mCarbon's VAS & Data products

- Responsible for identifying new avenues and pursue telecom clients

- Ownership of Key Account(s) and achieve sales targets for Key Account Business

- Responsible for Client servicing and Account Management and making Product Enhancement as per requirements

- Product and Solution Presentations to Prospects and evolving solutions for prospects, through discussions with internal teams

- Periodic updates to existing customers on new products and solutions

- Ensure High CSAT on agreed SLA's and managing techno/commercial response to RFP's/RFI's

- Maintain effective working relationships with all business units in order to provide sound commercial and technical solutions to the customer

- Continuous collaboration with the Pre-Sales and Delivery teams

- Liaisons with third-party partners and suppliers. Should have understanding of commercial and contractual issues payment follow-ups with the client and day to day coordination with Finance department for invoicing

Qualifications :

- Good knowledge of telco sales and eco-system

- Experience in sales of telecom VAS and data products

- Desire to succeed in a quota driven sales environment

- Ideal candidate is driven by passion for mobile technology but excels at being a rainmaker

Education and Experience Requirements :

- B.Tech./B.E./MBA with 8 - 12 years of hardcore sales experience

- Strong leadership, negotiation and project management skills required

- Experience in selling technology products to telecom clients

- Experience in Account Management which displays an attitude that is key to success
