Job Description

Based in Delhi, Gurgaon
Must be a Female candidate
Must have experience in ATI/Aviation
Should have IT knowledge, awareness of the Passenger side of airlines
Profiles can come from either a direct competitor or from an airline where they will be in a commerical role (pricing, revenue management/route management, e-commerce). previous experience in passenger services like ticketing, reservations, frequent flyer, weight and balance, departure control systems (DCS) is very useful

Purpose
o Actively manage a portfolio of Tier 4 customers for business retention and profitable growth
o Act as the ultimate owner of the customer relationship, focused on building customer satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities :
o Assigned customers (Tier 4 -
150K to
1.5M yearly Revenue)
o Regularly engage with customers (minimum twice per year) to build the customer relationship and gain an understanding of the customer`s business requirements in order to identify opportunities for the continued development Client`s business
o Act as the single point of commercial contact, providing timely responses to customer queries
o Act as the "Opportunity Lead" on all customer opportunities, with overall accountability for business approval, bid and commercial outcomes. The "Opportunity Lead" is responsible for the development and execution of the sales strategy and plan (approach and process) from opportunity through to closure (The "Opportunity Lead" may be formally assigned to a Specialized Sales or Sales Support resource by mutual agreement - see Code of Conduct for more information)
o Enable and facilitate access to the account by Specialized Sales, in accordance with the Code of Conduct, leveraging their skills and contacts to develop new opportunities in the account
o Engaging with Marketing, execute targeted lead generation and market development programs, including attendance to major industry events
o Ensure opportunity pipeline and sale
