Job Description


Planning activities to promote products and services to customers in its area of responsibility (assigned to key customers).
Organization of search for new customers in Kazakhstan area (Government sector).
Defining of decision-makers and maintaining contacts at the appropriate level.
Communication and negotiation with the top managers of the companies clients.
Identifying and establishing the needs of key customers.
Control of the implementation of business plans and commercial conditions negotiated with the customer.
Create and maintain a database of current and prospective customers in the direction of further activity.
Effective organization and participation in team work on projects as pre-stages of the preparation and submission of tenders, and in the course of project execution and post-sales customer support.


Higher education.
Experienced in b2b sales of technical equipment, technological solutions (2+ years).
Excellent negotiation skills on top-management level.
Experienced in direct sales for Government customers.
Sufficient English (Intermediate+).
