Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1) Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery & Client relationship management for Onsite & Offsite Engineering projects as per the details given below.

i. Project Delivery, Project Management & Sourcing of resources. Some of the key activities will be as follows:

Understanding customer project requirements in detail including technical details as well as budget time delivery requirements.

Coordinating with Business Development team to arrive at most optimum project costing so as to meet customer requirements and desired margins.

Support regional heads in UK, US, Middle East in winning projects and growth in Business for the key accounts.

Team Building and orientation for required Resources for onsite deputation as per customer requirements or for fixed costs offshore Project requirements.

High Level project management for On-time, Quality & within budget project delivery.

Effective implementation of the Quality Management System in project delivery team.

ii. Client Relationship Management to ensure high degree of client satisfaction to grow the account and win repeat business. Some of the key requirements are:

Demonstrate pro-activeness in identifying project issues and bottlenecks.

Prompt responsiveness to clients as well as support onsite engineers on 24 x 7 basis.

Properly Understanding customer requirements & expectations.

Team Orientation for specific requirements for the key accounts.

Ensure effective coordination between Delivery Team, BD team and Customer.

Achieve high level of client satisfaction.

iii. Team Building / Achieve high level of employee satisfaction by:

Engagement with onsite / Offshore engineers and support for their technical and personal needs.

Motivating and Managing Delivery Team / Engineers working Onsite & Offsite.

Value Addition in improving project margins & timely resolving team problems.

Demonstrate Problem Solving skills, Can-do attitude & high level of dedication.

3) Account Management

a. Responsibilities: The resource will be responsible for techno-commercial management of key accounts. It involves client coordination and team management for successfully completion of project management. He will be responsible for project execution and client satisfaction.

b. Authority: The resource will have the authority to take the decisions like resource recruitment / training, infrastructure management, client visits and budgetary proposals to successfully deliver the Account Management responsibility.

c. Performance Measurement: The performance will be measured with client satisfaction, on time and quality deliveries.

6) Reporting

This position currently reports directly to the Functional Head / Delivery Head and is responsible to achieve yearly growth in the Key Accounts he/she heads.

7) Reportees

The team up to 7-10 team members including Project Leads and Engineers will be reporting to him/her.
