Job Description

-Acquiring & managing relationship of ultra HNIs' in newly launched Exclusive banking channel.

- Conceiving & implementing promotional activities for nca in Exclusive Banking.

- Maintaining, high standard of performance record through exceptional customer service, attention to details & through follow-up.

- Ensured sales through consultative selling, attention to details & through follow-up.

- Active liaising with internal, external & other intermediaries on behalf of customer, to ensure documentation & transaction compliant with norms as prescribed by the bank as well as regulatory agencies

- Provide time to time feedback to clients to take care of their investment portfolio as per market condition

- Handling all service queries of the client

- Understand the profile of a business ( For self employed professionals) and provide customized solution (business banking products) to increase business efficiency after thorough analysis of the same
