Job Description :

Achieve the sales revenue target allocated for the defined period.
Ensure the adherence to the payment collection / Outstanding systems & procedures as per company policies.
Build & maintain relationship with the key decision makers in the allocated accounts.
Keep a track of the clients business initiatives and future plans and analyze its impact on the business.
Identify the opportunities for the new products, services & applications & enhancing the existing infrastructure for additional revenues.
Analyze the market intelligence data including environmental, customer & competitor information and initiatives and pre-empt its impact on the business.
Facilitate the identification & development of strategic alliances (through Alliances Team) with synergistic partners like system integrators, consultants, etc.to serve the clients better for mutual benefit.
Keep a track of the clients business initiatives and future plans and analyze its impact on the business.
Responsible for proper sales & product training of the team members.
Innovate; develop new customer management processes & systems in line with the changing customer needs in coordination with the IBS group.

GAM - Reports to Functional Head

JOB Role:

1. Identify & target set of accounts to be focused under Corporate vertical along with a team of KAMs.
2. Envision upcoming opportunities for new - account acquisition.
3. Ensure the achievement of assigned sales / revenue targets through effective sales strategy implementation for all product lines.
4. Monitor team relationship building activities with internal & external key customers for Corporate vertical.
5. Identify appropriate mix of products required for large / complex Key Corporate accounts to enable development of an innovative, customized & effective solution, meeting all customer needs.
6. Ensure Total Customer Satisfaction and defect free service delivery on agreed SLAs.
7. Ensure team motivation & development through regular trainings & updation on new upcoming telecom solutions.
