Key Responsibilities:


Section Planning & management for the territory/Channel / Customers
Business delivery of assigned territory / Key Account channel
Program Manager for all his key accounts
Maintains Service level at all Key account
Relationship Management with Key account

Business Development

Analyzing business potential, conceptualizing & executing strategies to drive sales, turnover and achieve desired targets.
Identifying, qualifying and pursuing business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation
Finding out investors to set up Salons, working closely with Hair Dresser and Beauticians for Business Promotional campaigns.

Trade Marketing, Merchandising

Implementing promotional activities in coordination with external agencies to spearhead product launch, brand promotion and event management initiatives
