Job Description



Should be a BE(Electrical/Mechanical) with at least 12 yrs work experience in a HVAC Services company with excellent Key Account Management Skills.


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Key Stake Holder Management at the Client side, understand the Client requirements and ensure complete delivery management for the Cooling Solutions & Services.

  • Accountable for the up selling of services to the Client.

  • Strengthen relationship with the Client to enhance the revenues.

  • Manage all HVAC solutions and services to the client, cost control and provide guidance to the Services team to ensure adequate service delivery.

  • Intervene and resolve customer service issues

  • Report to the Business Head
