Understanding and experience of the project lifecycle from initiation to implementation
A proven track record in delivering projects of various sizes and functional complexity
Interaction with stakeholders including senior project sponsors and project team members
Demonstrated experience on service oriented design and performance engineering.
Experience writing detailed architectural and infrastructure documentation (architectural & infrastructure documentation covering the Analysis, Design and Implementation).
Knowledge of architectural platform constraints on web based systems performance.
An aptitude and interest in both technology and business
The ability to communicate with managers and team members across regions (US, EMEA, India)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
Highly motivated. Specifically, being interested in following up on detailed business or technical issues and understanding the functional and technical impact of any change
Willingness to take initiative and work independently
Proven technical leadership with Core Java, J2EE, Web Services and ORM.
Technical knowledge across web based application architecture layers including UI, middleware and backend
In depth knowledge of service oriented design and modeling
Extensive relational and reporting database experience with DB2 UDB and Sybase.
Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills using tools with attention to detail and quality
Knowledge of HR systems preferred
