5. Expertise in preparing Process, Policy, Procedure documents & workflows and periodic Review.
6. Expertize in preparing presentations/ charts.
7. Expertise in defining Metrics and preparation of Performance Scorecards & Dashboards for various service towers.
8. Expertise in preparing MIS & Compliance Reports
9. Knowledge in Project Management Activities / Service Transition activities (PMP/PMO)
