* Extensive knowledge of the Operating System, Software, computers, printers and other accessories.
* Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
* Proficiency in software applications such as MS Office and Outlook.
* Knowledge of networking concepts.
* Ability to work well in teams with good oral, written, and interpersonal skills ( Arabic and English)
* Ability to communicate technical info and ideas so other team members will understand.
* Ability to provide support on 24*7 bases.
Diploma ideally in Electronics /Communication Technology/ IT or similar.
Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of experience in same field of support.
