The Group IT Planning Manager is responsible to financially plan, track and report on all Group IT activities & projects. The Manager is also responsible for all value delivery activities in relation to the business, such as, but not limited to, industry benchmarking, organization change Management, value realization through IT investments, best practice assessments, IT performance management.
Understand the Role of risk & cost drivers, cash flow and strategic cost analysis in value based management systems
Undertakes industry benchmarking and best practice assessments.
IT Strategy and Roadmap Development.
RFI & RFP Development.
IT Financial plan preparation, tracking & reporting.
IT Budget and revised forecast preparation.
Organisation Change management activities and recommendations to the business
Leads continous improvement programs for IT
Develop Quantitiative and Qualitative business case for IT investments with the business.
Supports the development of Business Transformation case studies.
Main Internal Relationship: CIO, GIT Senior Management Team, Business Senior Management Team, Business Applications and Technology & Operation Team.
Main External Relationships: Vendors, External ConsultantS, Regional Industry Leaders.
5-8 years of professional experience related to budeting, Financial program management, systems & process experience.
Degree in Financial Management, Management Accounting, cost accounting, Business, MBA, Information Systems or related Qualification.
Desired experience in manufacturing and/or construction industries.
ITIL Certification advantageous
Project Management experience
SAP experience as a business user.
Interaction at various organizational levels (From line employees up to Board Level as well as with Internal & External Auditor).
Experience in performing assigned tasks of moderate to high complexity using established procedures, standards & guidelines.
