CRM functional consultant is responsible for gathering business requirements, providing the solutions, identifying functional gaps, preparing functional specs, functional configurations, preparing test scripts and unit testing.
Also responsible for supporting system test, SIT, Pre-production testing along with bug fixing.
The CRM Functional Consultant must possess the following skills to be successful:
Should be able to understand business requirements given by business team and prepare Business blue print document along with functional specifications for the developments.
Consultant should have working experience on minimum two areas mentioned below:
Service Request Management (transaction types, Categorization, SLA profiles, Rule policies)
Service Order Management (SLA profiles, multilevel categorization, resource planning )
