Job Description


Play a lead role with the selection, design and implementation of effective systems architectures required to run the business.
Develop methodologies, tools and accelerators, approaches, points of view, and thought

Leadership, Lead teams through all phases of consulting projects including but not limited to project management, project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, implementation, testing and training.

Manage project execution and successful delivery by monitoring project/program team economics, performance against requirements and budget, and proactively management of scope, timing, and client expectations.

Maintain responsibility for building client relationships and delivering solutions to both large and middle market commercial business.

Responsible for Infrastructure hosting critical application.
Provide broad functional knowledge of key Oracle modules, specifically with Finance & Manufacturing

Collaborate with team members from across our business and/or alliance partners.

Promote accountability and encourage individuals to think for themselves and take responsibility for their contributions to the team.

Provide counseling, mentoring, coaching and overall guidance and input towards the staffing process and building high performance teams.

Delegate work successfully in order to focus on both selling new work and delivering against sold work.

Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback/training.

Interact and communicate effectively senior and middle management executives.

Develop long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally.

Candidate Profile:

8+ years of professional services experience, preferably in a large reputed company with Oracle ERP Background

3+ years of relevant experience on projects related to the delivery of solutions to complex issues facing operations, finance, accounting, production and risk & compliance is required.

Strong Infrastructure implementation skill .

3+ Years of overall ERP Server management experience.

Strong project management skills are required.

Ability to understand the Hardware/Software issues & guide the team by providing appropriate solutions

Ability to assess functional and technical gaps in designs is required.

Ability to define and articulate Business Benefits and Costs is required.

Demonstrated ability to direct revenue generating activities from lead generation through closure is preferred.

Experience facilitating design, setup, and configuration of Oracle modules is required.

In depth Oracle experience, with multiple implementations and/or upgrades with most recent releases is required.

Experience with one or more Oracle ERP modules ( Financial, MFG and SCM) is required.

Experience upgrading Oracle applications is required.

Demonstrated exposure to transforming and improving business processes through the application of technology in large commercial organizations is required.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience with executive-level communication with a preference for experience presenting to CFO, CEO, COO, CIO and boards is required.

Experience presenting results of work efforts to client or company management is required.

Successful delivery of mid to large scale projects is preferred.

At least 5 years of experience acting in a lead role for the pursuit of new business, managing proposal development teams is preferred.

Bachelor's degree required; MBA is preferred.

Project Management Professionals (PMP) certification is a plus
Demonstrated track record growing existing accounts and penetrating new accounts is Preferred.
