Job Description

Experience and Skills:

All potential candidates must have excellent customer skills combined with strong technical/ troubleshooting capabilities. The candidate must be motivated to learn new products and services with minimal to moderate supervision. S/he must be willing to work a non-standard work schedule.

The ideal candidate will possess:

2-5 years' experience working on Sun, HP, Dell, IBM servers
Associates Degree or equivalent technical work experience
Proficient with incident tracking systems
Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is a plus
Excellent verbal and written skills
Leadership to provide direction
Driver's license required
Responsibilities include an 24X7 on-call (Standby rotation)
Travel to customer location. May exceed three hours in each direction
Excellent administrative skills
Able to work alone or within a team
