Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Working with service teams to understand projects being delivered

2. Take ownership of project and manage the delivery of entire service rollout

3. Draft communications for IT deployment team that will be sent out globally to end users.

4. Participate in adoption planning and design discussions and document the outcomes and decisions made to create engagement plans

5. Work as a liaison between deployment teams and other cross-functional team to ensure communications are designed to specifications and document any gaps that may come to light

6. Collaborate with Front End Web Developers, UI/Graphic Designers, UX Designers to design communication content, WebEx Social communities

7. Perform program communication analysis to ensure smooth deployment and adoption across the organization

8. Create monthly utilization metrics, marketing plan, and adoption plan and create ad-hoc reports to ensure smoother decision making

9. MUST have excellent written and verbal skills and experience in writing communications, drafting business requirement documents, test plans is a huge plus

10. Must have Project mgmt. experience

11. Partnering with corporate comms to develop a comms plan with User experience and Adoption in mind

12. Maintain WebEx Social page updates and communities

13. Participation on the GIS Comms Board around communication core competencies
