* Head sales operations for LV switchgear standard products in South East Asia, GCC and Africa region
* Full understanding & substantial experience of working in South East Asia, GCC, Africa region
* Technically sound in L.V. switchboards & switchgears, should be well versed with L.V. switchgear panels trends & competitor offerings.
* Develop and execute with the SBU's a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company's customer base
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting supplier & customer relationships
* Provide strategic direction to sales team, Coaching & Mentoring of Sales Team
* Implement enhanced business processes to reflect the growing business and the controls that this requires
* Create brand awareness and pull from the market
* Explore & develop branding partners. Training & development, motivation & retention of manpower. Identify new markets and formulate & implement strategies for developing business in these markets.
* Knowledge of order booking, invoicing & targets achievements
* Knowledge of people management, commercial / finance, customer relations
