-Responsible for the NIDC numbers for the region
-Oversee and manage large new accounts Development;
-Manage OEM relationships for the region;
-Develop Cross Sell & Up Sell opportunities in existing client;
-Gain market intelligence to determine business directions for the organization; Understand our market positioning and competition strengths;
-Responsible for achieving yearly assigned Sales Order Book & Revenue Target;
-Focus on working with all Business Partners to achieve assigned Sales Target;
-Support for regular pipeline reviews.
-Minimum 8-13years of relevant sales experience;
-Should have expertise in Data networking solutions (LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Security, etc.);
-Must have deep understanding of Data Networking Technologies & knowledge of at least two OEM's products out of Cisco / HP / Extreme / Juniper / Avaya ;
Key Skills Required:

-Mentoring at least one person in the team for taking additional responsibilities.
