Experience with and understanding of the Insurance industry, particularly in a project or program management role.
Overall 10+ years, minimum 4 years in project manager role
5+ years experience in Testing is must.
Responsible person for overall delivery including the Development and QA and Production Support.
Single point of escalation for any customer or delivery issues. Experience with GDM (Global Delivery Model on/offshore) is must.
Strong verbal and written communication, client-management, and upwards management skills.
Ability to interact on all levels and provide the right information depending on the audience in a clear and concise manner
Establish and maintain customer relationships: maintain liaisons between stakeholders, engage stakeholders continuously
Talent acquisition and management: resource planning, staffing, retention, team building, trainings, performance evaluations and individual development plans. Succession and rotation planning.
Project Review review milestones, timelines, cost and quality. Issue and risk management.
Analyze trends; review metrics related to efforts, schedule, and defects.
Operational excellence; account contribution, pyramid ratios, utilization of resources, billing/invoices
Coordinate and drive process and productivity improvements. Involve practices and SMEs across the larger organization
