Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced resource to set up a sales team for our US practice.
Primary skill set would require the resource to have good experience in selling services/ packaged services related to research and consulting for the US market.
- Should be passionate about Sales
- Willing to work in 4pm IST + 9 hours

Candidate should have very strong experience in sales & business development with high level customer interaction; exceptional skills in negotiating deals; strong account management skills and ability to exceed targets.
The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales target, and engage with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement sales strategies and exceed budgeted levels of sales growth in all service lines.
Very well versed on working in the US market region.
Responsible for developing international business research and consulting. Experience on CRM tools would be an added advantage.
Excellent communicator and able to train and brief either in one-to-one or one-to-many situations, especially with C level or management executives.
Mapping the customer entire expansion details and developing sales plan accordingly on the assigned accounts.
Create monthly, quarterly sales plan on the assigned accounts.
Result oriented, high emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions
Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
Responsible to close the orders.
Should have very good communication skills.
