Primary roe of Inside sales Account manager(ISAM) is to identify, drive & Close revenue for Organization.
ISAM will work either independently or with a team of Account development reps to drive revenue for their designated geographies or product lines
Role involves working through various route to markets i.e. Direct, Channel & on-site field teams
Besides driving revenue with existing customers,the ISAM will also be accountable to Identify new customers & present appropriate solutions to the customer
Prepare and present tailored presentations/proposals to clients
Responsible for relationship management with key customers, strategic planning for region/territory or accounts, developing & executing growth strategies for existing/new accounts
Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets defined by the management. Manage & maintain a minimum of 50+ completed calls every day primarily targeting decision makers.
Ensuring daily/week update of pipeline & provide accurate forecast to the sales leadership team on an ongoing basis.
Desired Profile :
Should have a minimum of 5+ years of Sales/Inside Sales/Telesales/Outbound Sales/Account management in a closing/quota bearing role.
An ideal candidate should be PASSIONATE about inside sales as a profession & a believer in the ideology that inside sales is the present & future of sales
The ideal candidate should possess exceptional oratory, written communication & presentation skills
The candidate should be tech savvy & familiar with some of the basic IT industry concepts.
Should have proven track record of selling directly to customers end to end.
The ability to gain in -depth understanding of assigned leads utilizing business acumen, market/product knowledge and effective sales questioning and listening techniques.
Should be willing work in night shifts, since the target market is US.
