Job Description

Behavioral requirement
Manages people and/or services delivered from a unit via SDM's to the client, ensuring the services are provided to an appropriate quality to meet contractual obligations and that targets are met.
* ITIL Certified;
* Facilitation skills to lead requirements gathering workshops;
* Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders (such as Clients, internal team members and technical report development staff;
* Project Management Skills to ensure all deliverables are on time, within budget and of high quality;
* Strong verbal and writing skills in order to effectively communicate information to Clients, internal team members, and technical report development staff;
* Interviewing, collaborating with individuals and groups about their needs asking the right questions to identify essential requirements information;
* Will interact with both

Capgemini and Clients;
* Strong analytical skills are needed, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements
* Must be able to develop solutions that support standards, are repeatable and scalable
* Meet daily with project PMs to assist them with any internal or project issues;
* Verify a consistent project management methodology is being followed;
* Track any utilization changes by project;
* Work with peers to resolve any business-side issues;
* Work with client to understand their project needs, prioritizations, and budgets;
* Work with client to develop a short and long range plan for deploying the AD Fixed Team along with estimating what AD Supplemental resources will be required;
* Monthly invoice reconciliations and resource planning activities. Then revise the plan for the following months and shift projects accordingly in an attempt to have projects queued when another is complete; Meet with Director, PMO, and other groups as necessary to fulfill obligations such as utilization planning, employee reviews, methodology updates, OTOB reporting, Clarity (and other internal systems) rollouts, overall status and risk reporting, and coordination with our Client Management team for sales information
