Be the lead on Security issues across the delivery site/location, assessing and mitigating risks thereby ensuring that Corporate and Social responsibility to provide a safe and secure environment.
Ensure compliance of customers Security requirements .
Maintain full compliance to ISO 27001, PCI-DSS and ISO 22301 certifications .
Formulate Security strategy in the locations to meet business & customer Security requirements
Ensure that Security policies, procedures and guidelines are applied consistently to address all applicable requirements from Customers, auditors, standards and regulators;
Ensure that the Security storyboard plays a key role in the winning and retention of external revenue.
To develop a security management framework to protect people, buildings, IT assets, information and revenue within the delivery locations.
To build excellent working relationships with people and partners championing security risk management across the delivery locations.
Perform risk assessments when required and provide Security risk related input to the appropriate Risk Registers.
To create a world class Security culture throughout the delivery locations with innovative awareness interventions.
To ensure the delivery locations have best in class IT security across all its key internal/external systems and networks.
To ensure the effectiveness of both physical and logical access procedures and systems is monitored and to propose/implement improvements within the delivery locations.
To ensure investigations are coordinated and remedial action plans put in place following Security breaches and failures within the delivery locations.
Perform continuous security audits and assessments across the delivery locations .
Act as the Security SPOC for the delivery locations which includes issues related to audits, incidents, approvals, and other security activities.
