Ensuring the prompt resolution of newly joined employee concerns & maintaining cordial relations till project handover.

Responsible for managing the complete induction process for lateral hires. Handling around 80 new joinees on a weekly basis.
Accountable for collaborating with stakeholders to understand the business requirement and deliver induction accordingly.
Maintain a healthy joining ratio and accurate employee database.
Planning, organizing & coordinating large walk-in interviews for different requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for performing end to end people induction process including pre-joining, joining & post joining formalities for lateral & campus hires.
Conforming DOJ and sending it to BGC team. Generating employee numbers in the system and issuing ID cards. Finally sending weekly joiners reports to management
Arranging faculty, infrastructure, consumables & facilities for the 2 day induction programme. Actively participate in recruitment drives and support background verification team.
Designing modules for induction process and implement timely improvements consolidating induction feedbacks.
Connecting with employees through various forums like one on one interaction & Coffee Connects for pre and post joining concerns.
Deliver trainings on 'Ultimatix' & 'IBelong' to immediate managers and buddies. Organize employee engagement activities.
Monitoring the new hires adaptation to the organization by regular meetings post induction.
Resolving quires on retrials.
