Support multiple, simultaneous implementation projects via remote configuration and development .
Gather functional and business requirements from client and translate into a functional business process design which meets customer needs, provides maximum solution value, and is within scope of the company's Governance framework
Model the business processes, coordinate with other groups to configure the tools, design functional requirements (business functionality) to create additional functionality and testing of the released functionality
Specific knowledge and application of IT services including project planning, monitoring, business requirement gathering, mapping to business processes, design the process flows and associated check points, designing & defining quality data points at each step of the process
Operational knowledge of running complex projects in parallel, keeping cost in control, quality assurance of defined deliverables, effort estimation, design automation of process components (wherever feasible)
Candidate should be familiar and hands on experience in some of the domains like Contact management, commerical management, performance management.
A pertinent Bachelors Degree in Engineering with 10+ years of experience in IT Solution domain. Preference will be given to the candidate experience in transition, stabilizing the transition into steady state operations, experience in understanding client business environment and Governance structure.
Training / certification in ITIL and/or BPM.
