Debug customers Ad-serving Issues as and when they report.
Work closely with all other technical teams to escalate level 3 issues.
Work closely with the Product Management team to help improve the product and provide customer feedback.
Implement ZEDOs new ad formats on customer websites.
1-2 years experienced.
A Graduate BSC(IT) or BE.
Interest in the Online Industry.
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Previous online advertising experience or Ad-server knowledge will be added advantage.
