Job Description


Manage client progress on a pre-defined curriculum; enable client business processes
Participate in Discovery / Analysis and act as the subject matter expert (SME) in building recommendations for complex client business requirements
Serve as a product and process expert for key functional disciplines, with the ability to specialize in one or more of the key modules - learning, performance, compensation, succession, recruitment
Prepare for and conduct weekly implementation calls with each client
Track status and provide updates in relation to overall implementation process
Provide recommendations and coaching on client configuration
Develop knowledge and documentation around best practices
Partner with clients to problem solve issues that arise; provide timely response to client inquires
Effectively support multiple clients simultaneously
Work closely with sales, integration, and technical support to ensure continued client satisfaction

Required Skills and Experience

B.A. / B.S. or equivalent professional experience in Communications, Business, Human Resources
1 - 3 years of experience with customer service, client support, technical support, or project management; some experience with Talent Management applications preferred
Outstanding service-orientation and strong interpersonal skills that create positive relationships with colleagues and clients
Ability to grasp complex system workflows and understand cause / effect for actions taken in such systems
Ability to thoroughly document and articulate system behaviors, issues, workflows and functionality in such a way that basic users can easily understand
Proven ability to deal with high-stress situations calmly and methodically
Experience in a deadline-driven, fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional etiquette
