Job Description

Key Functional Areas:

1. Development of Organization

Planning, Projecting, Developing, Implementing & Monitoring the organization's development across all functions to ensure the company achieve its strategic business goals and objectives.

2. Recruitment Planning, Selection & Execution

Formulating the strategic recruitment and selection plan
Collaborating with the leadership team to understand the business objectives and related recruitment's
Advise on organizational structure
Advise on staffing levels/grades in line with company's financial performance

3. Employee Engagement/Compensation Plans & Benefits

Develop employee engagement plans across the organization
Plan, create and implement a performance driven culture to enhance the overall productivity
Collaborate with the core team to plan, review, develop a compensation plan for employee's at all levels and grades
Ensure all regulatory compliance's are addressed while developing the compensation plan
Lead all statutory matters related to compensation compliance and labour laws
Identify and mitigate legal/compliance risks/issues pertinent to employees/HR function and managing company's risk exposure

4. ERP for Human Resource

Implement and review an effective HRIS system
Effective use of technology to automate/streamline all HR related processes and tasks
Ensuring accurate reports & MIS for management /stakeholders are generated guiding the decision tree

Able to handle stress and pressure situations associated with start-ups/fast growing companies/recruitment targets
Good negotiation and commercial skills

Ability to collaborate successfully with the business heads/core team .
