Develop, Refine and Implement HR strategy
Effective manpower planning system, process for reviewing and evaluating jobs and identifying future redundancies ;articulating recruiting, redeployment and succession plans
Supporting refinement of current of job descriptions and KRAs; along with job mapping
Support the top management and functional heads in designing their operational structure and HR needs
Developing other key HR policies; putting down means of effective dissemination and control

Managing and refining the key processes
Managing the recruitment process, by identifying and using appropriate tools
Leading the performance appraisal, promotion and career planning processes.
Refining and facilitating compensation management system
Designing and implementation of training and development programs
Ensuring building and adherence to new HR IS

Internal ombudsman, affiliation initiatives, Compliance, Internal communication
Functioning as an internal ombudsman, for key HR issues
Building internal MI, to develop pulse on organizational morale, affiliation, satisfaction levels
Developing internal communication to employees on key HR initiatives
Actively design and implement initiatives to support affiliation and culture building e.g. retreats etc
Carrying out audits, building processes to ensure compliance with law
Overlook at initiatives to enhance employee branding

Candidate Profile:

Women candidates are encouraged to apply.

15 to 20 years experience in HR; leading HR
Should have experience across different sub-functions
Self starter, should be able to work with multiple stakeholders (HODs)
Strategically inclined, able to conceptualize and implement key HR initiatives
Soft skills- communication (verbal, writing), inter-personal skills
MBA- HR/ General Management; reputed institute
