- Min 3 to 15 years of exp in any large HRMS / HCM solution as a Functional Consultant / Lead / Mgr
- Exp in any of this (PeopleSoft / Oracle / SAP / SuccessFactors / CornerStone / Workday)
- Knowledge & exp in all areas of HR Function
- Min 3 yrs of relevant exp on any HRMS/HCM Software
- Exp on cloud based Talent management solution
- Exp on working on HRMS solutions & implementing the same in the org
