Looking for YOU to be an INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR with end-end HR activities :
-Proactively respond to employee questions regarding but not limited to the following: benefits, employee relations, and company policies
-Partner with HR Team internationally to develop and implement company-wide people programs and processes
-Proactively initiate and manages HR projects, initiatives and process improvements Coordinate and manage various aspects of on boarding and off boarding processes for employee transitions
-Work closely with recruitment regarding local events, candidate interviews, and hiring manager relations
-Advise, assist and follow-up with employees on company policies, procedures, and documentation
-Work closely with senior management to help and adhere to company policies and procedures as well as government regulations pertaining to employment law, immigration and other HR matters
-Proactively manages legal risk; ensures manager and employee compliance with company policies and procedures, and governmental regulations
You will be a MBA HR with:
-3-5 years in a HR role, hands-on experience with employee-relations, benefits administration, training and recruitment
-Strong analytical, communication (verbal and written), problem-solving, and research skills required.
-ability to work autonomously, be self-motivated and driven, with the goal of exceeding expectations.
-High-level of proficiency using Microsoft office platforms.
-Ability to manage multi-faceted projects to completion, multi-task, while displaying exceptional organizational skills, and great attention to detail.
-Ability to work both independently as well as in a team
-Prior Experience working in a global team and with functions located across different time zones
