Desired Candidate Profile
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG:MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations
Doctorate:Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
Should be PG in HR and having 5+yrs of experience in HR from a reputed IT Companies
Conversant with basic Employment /Regulatory / Statutory compliance , from a Labour Law perspective
Excellent Oral and Written Communication
Conversant with MS Office tools.
