Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

* Responsible for identifying, acquiring and developing the right talent (Market
mapping, campus placements, employee value proposition design, employee
referral program)
* Ensure employee development (Training calendar, On boarding, Training need/
content/ delivery, summer school)
* Maintain clear channels of employee communication/ engagement (Big
Picture, Social calendar)
* Manage payroll & benefits program and design innovative incentive/ executive
compensation plans
* Lead the performance management for accelerated employee growth (Semiannual
appraisal, Career Manager program, Project feedback, Career Model,
360 degree leadership feedback)
* Track employee/ project productivity (Project staffing, productivity
measurement, skill-will staffing)
* Drive reward & recognition program for deserving employees
* Define and nurture the organizational culture
* Design optimum yet flexible organization structure
* Assist in designing management philosophy and disseminate in team
* Wear multiple hats for building the firm (shaping creative employer branding/
marketing campaigns, support business development)
