-Statutory Compliances, Labour Laws and Acts, etc.
-L&D, Recruitment, Performance Appraisals, Employee Engagement etc.
The candidate should have:
6 to 15 years of exp as an HR Generalist
Exp of working in a Plant/Manufacturing unit
Exp in Statutory Compliances, Labour Laws & Acts, etc
Excellent communication & Presentation Skills
Exp in working in Multi-national Org
