Job Description

Handling the entire gamut of learning and development function in human resource.

  1. Working with business leaders to understand their business goals and challenges, designing learning need specific customized interventions which help build people capability within their teams
  2. Facilitation of leadership development workshops for executives, first line leaders and middle level leaders. 
  3. Designing a mentor ship program and networking skills workshop for high potential employees.
  4. Use of instructional design principles to create content for training workshops.
  5. Working on the digital learning project with external agencies to provide diversified employee base with anytime self-administered and self-paced access learning material and assessment.
