Dispute redressal /grievance handling.
Should be expert in drafting various HR & legal related communications , complaints, notices, letters etc.
Representing company in different courts/ forums/tribunals/other agencies as and when required
Handling Litigation matters arising out of employment law related issues or any other connected matters.
Should be well versed with essential guidelines /policies to be followed.
