Implementing human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, completing personnel transactions.
Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill all vacant positions.
Takes complete responsibility of statutory compliance and knows the action to be taken accordingly for the different cases.
Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
Has exposure to 70% of generalist profile and 30% to recruitment profile.
Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.
Administers benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier.
Conducts salary surveys within market to determine competitive salary rate.
Prepares budget of human resources operations.
Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover
Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as canteen, transportation, or relocation service.
Developing human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.
Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Protecting organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Compiling with national, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on needed actions.
Enhancing department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Other Responsibilities/ Duties:-
Contact point for any disciplinary, performance management or grievance processes.
HR coordinator and contact point for mid-year and annual appraisal processes
Point of contact for any HR-related initiatives, e.g. staff survey, turnover reporting, any mandated HR processes
Contact point for Operations Head & Senior Management & the employees.
Eligibility: MBA (Human Resource) / PGDM (Human Resource)/ Any Post Graduation related to HR field.
Total & Relevant Experience 8 to 10 years.
Should have worked in 60% Generalist Profile & 40% recruitment Profile.
Should have handled employees strength of 1200+, it?s a must requirement.
Team Size - minimum 6 to 10 direct reporting of relevant field.
