Job Description

Man Power Planning:

Manage the Talent Acquisition (Lateral Hiring / Leadership Hiring) function for the organization; work closely with business heads on the recruitment plan and hiring strategies

Build a quality relationship with the internal customers and external stakeholders

Building and managing a robust selection mechanism in integration with the different verticals

Sourcing Mechanism:

Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source

Explore & keep-up with the market's best practices in recruitment and implement the best suited
practices in the organization

Responsible to build, identify all forms of new age sourcing tools i.e. Social Media, & Job boards for
Domestic and International requirements. Identify control and manage cost effective methodologies for sourcing

Desired Skills and Experience

Candidate with 2- 6yrs of relevant experience in the talent acquistion function

PG - MBA/PGDM - Human Resource

Excellent understanding of the industry current trends and operating environment
