Job Description

The ideal incumbent should be a MBA in HR with at least 7 yrs experience, of which at least 3- 4 years in Compensation and Benefits, preferably at the Global Level

Responsibilities:

Reviewing and implementing changes in the existing Compensation and Benefits Policy along with the Compensation and Benefits Head.

Comprehensive benchmark review of existing compensation and benefits policies and strategy.

Development of a long term compensation and benefits strategy to retain and attract employees

Integration of salary and benefits

Payroll Management and Budgeting
