The Program lead Human Resources will be responsible for:
-Collaborating with department and functional leaders across the company on organization decisions and subsequent implementation.
-Create change management and communications strategy to support organizational initiatives and manage expectations of business leaders and employees.
-Provide leadership and direction to managers and employees on human resources policies, plans, programs, practices, processes and tools to ensure knowledge transfer, enhanced organizational capability related to the management and development of people and consistent delivery.
-Provide thought leadership on the complete cycle of talent analytics, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing attrition
-Direct and review audits to ensure the accuracy, integrity and efficiency of Human Resource data, applications and reports.
-Minimum 10 years of progressively challenging Human Resource Generalist experience. Experience in KPO/Analytics industry a plus
-Proven experience in establishing an HR function within a large scale organization
-Must be able to work across various divisions and with multiple business leaders simultaneously to effectively eliminate roadblocks and drive successful execution.
-Proven ability to engage leaders in organization effectiveness programs and practices
-Demonstrated ability to be a credible advocate of HR policies and practices with individuals throughout the organization, across different businesses
-Ability to work in a team-oriented environment that is fast paced and demanding
-Must be self-directed, have excellent initiative and organizational skills
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and objectives while maintaining a high level of output
