Person should have some experience in Talent acquisition, Talent development, Talent engagement, rewards, HR policies, processes and some exposure in managing international secondments or deputations with highest proficiency in communication, ready to work hard, diligent and most importantly can independently manage Firms various people processes. The other qualities the candidate must exhibit are high self- motivation, pro-activeness, strong bias for action and ability to handle ambiguity and ability to work in a set-up with multiple stakeholders (partners of the Firm). The individual will report to Head Human Resources / Dot Line to Segment Head HR but will work closely with other resources team.
The person should be conceptually strong with good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lead a team of HR professionals as well as liaise with senior line management is a pre-requisite, HR Support for Building New designed an organization structure in alignment with the business strategy, Compensation and Reward Management, Recruitment and Selection
