This is a stand-alone position and will have no reportees.
The incumbent will be member of the core service delivery team and will be responsible for transferring to India & running various HR operations & processes including Recruitment, Payroll, Comp & Benefits, HR-Regulatory etc. Will regularly coordinate with line managers based in various countries the company operates in.Would be involved in transfer of all HR processes practices from US /Canada / Europe to India. May have to travel overseas periodically.
Graduates / MBAs with 6-15 years experience in HR Ops with HRO organizations or corporates having operations in USA and Canada. Must be familiar and having hands-on experience with Recruitment, C+B, Payroll, HR Regulatory processes prevalent in USA & Canada. Experience in working in HR shared services centers would be an added advantage. Preferably had international exposure. Must be willing to travel internationally. Must have excellent communication (verbal, written, email) skills.
