Job Description

1.Organizational development
Leverage broader HR team resources to drive change in leadership & organizational development. Plan, develop and implement HR related strategies. Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in co-operation with the executive team.

2.Recruiting & Staffing
Prepare manpower plan and execute recruitment and onboarding accordingly. Create network with reliable vendors to source suitable candidates like job portals, placement consultants, training institutes and colleges.

Performance management system & compensation
Plan for employees performance appraisal, develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development. Monitor performance management systems & report it to the departmental heads regularly. Conduct periodical compensation review and realignment with market.

3.Employee development & training
Planning & executing internal / external training programs based on the skill index & training requirements. Conduct trainings for senior management & administrative staff also. Monitoring & ensuring continuous up gradation of skills along with department heads.

4.Employee engagement, satisfaction & retention
Creating an environment and work culture that attracts the best talent in the industry and to retain good employees in a long term partnership. Handling issues involving employee complaints or questions that cannot be answered by other staff & providing counseling. Plan & execute different employee engagement activities.

5.Compliance to regulatory concerns
Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution, policies etc. Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirement for quality management, health and safety, legal requirement, environmental policies and general duty of care. Develop and Maintain healthy relation with Govt. and Non Govt. organizations for better and fast functioning of the company.

6.General activities
Manage office health, safety and well-being issues.
Liaise with other functional / departmental heads so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development. Ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose & achievements.
Devise an office culture which is motivating, empowering, professional, lucrative & satisfying for all the employees, partners & vendors.
Hire, supervise, train, monitor and fire staff.
