Job Description

Act as the HR partner of respective Business leaders and leadership team to build an innovative, performance-driven, dynamic and high-impact organization

Drive the organizational development agenda, through delivery of comprehensive learning & development programs at all levels with effective partnering with OE CoE

Understanding the factors that impact the business and financial performance of the organization and initiate interventions based on that

Using business knowledge and understanding to drive strategies for the business

Work with business teams on developing business strategiesAnnual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Plan

Facilitates alignment of organizational structure, processes, systems, people, and culture with key business priorities.

Excellent Hands on Experience in Managing HR for organizations know for Best Practices
