One of the Largest Private Sector Banks is looking a strong HR Employee Relations professionals.
The individual should be a MBA in HR with at 6 - 8 yrs experience of working in Large Banks, preferably Nationalized Banks.
The incumbent should be well versed with all the Statutory compliance and standing orders for the Banking Industry.
The person should have experience in handling Employee Relations for a Large employee work force in all aspects like handling HR Compliance, employee grievance on all HR fronts, disciplinary matters, framing articles of Charge from the staff accountability exercise, institution of departmental enquiry, liasioning with government authorities like Labour Courts, High Court, Labour Commissioner for matters pertaining to staff litigation in co-ordination with the Legal Department.
The person would be based at the Corporate Office reporting to the Head of Employee Relations.
