Create,communicate, implement, and interpret HR policies and practices to ensure fair and consistent administration.
Observe and analyze the execution of practices, identify problem areas, and implement changes.
Administer compensation programs for all levels of employees in all business units.
Provide training assessment, planning, and program delivery as necessary.
Ensure effective management of the Performance System which provides policy, process, and tools for performance plans, career development, reviews and upward supervisory feedback.
