Job Description

Strategic Serve as a pivotal member of the senior management team responsible for formulation of short term / long term people plans Develop and articulate the organizations short-term and long-term HR strategy aligned to organization vision/ mission, business strategy and o Steer business leadership on best practices, systems and policies related to people management and oversee execution of the same Financial Prepare the annual budget for HR function and monitor adherence to the same by all departments Drive organization wise cost optimization measures; Also monitor conduct of periodic cost and productivity analyses for various activities carried out and initiatives undertaken by the HR Function Operational Drive the periodic review of organization structure, lines of reporting and delegation of authority to align it with the needs of the organization, and ensure speed and flexibility in decision making Lead the annual manpower planning exercise for the organization, along with other members of the Senior Management Responsible for overseeing the talent acquisition strategy and ensuring that it is aligned to business needs Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive HR policy framework across the employee life cycle: recruitment, induction, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits and career & succession planning People * Provide direction, guidance and support to functional employees to help them discharge their duties effectively * Monitor the performance of the team on a continuous basis to identify key performers
