Setup, align and implement the HR Strategy in-line with the Vision of the group
Develop and implement all HR policies, processes and procedures
Supporting the Organizational Development and managing the HR aspects of the business change
Facilitate change management processes for the organization to provide management strength, role clarity and clear cut operational effectiveness
Oversee execution of HR Operational tasks (Payroll, & HR Admin)
Ensuring the delivery of all aspects of HR services
Guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire group
Creating and implementing overall talent management strategy including workforce planning; recruiting; hiring; training and development; performance planning, management, and improvement; and succession planning
Design and implement a robust Campus recruitment program
Oversee Compensation and Benefits participation in salary surveys, implementation of Incentive schemes, Bonus pay etc.
Oversee employment law compliance and compliance to regulatory concerns
Identify Training Needs, conducted Gap analysis and Implement Training programs and conduct evaluation for training effectiveness
Oversees employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
Managing external employment agencies, recruiters, and temporary staffing agencies/ Contractual Staff etc.
Implementation of performance management system including Goal setting, KRA meetings, KPI Settings, Mid-year review, Year-end review etc.
Implement Employer Branding activities and conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys
Integration and standardization of HR systems and processes
HR Analytics and Periodic reporting to the Management
Maintain and update MIS reports and other relevant reports
