HR Generalist Opening in TATA Consultancy Services - Pune Role Description To ensure and facilitate effective deployment of HR processes for the set of employees assigned. The position will have the following job content Compliance and facilitation of Performance Management processes ( Half yearly and annual appraisals, Anniversary Appraisals, Promotions, PIP, Rationalization ) Organizing regular associate Engagement initiatives Compensation -- Understand and educate employees about compensation & benefits processes and handle queries related to the area. Process deployment- updating employees about changes in policies and processes. Resolution of employee grievances. Contribution to improvement in HR processes. Driving deployment HR metrics for the assigned set of employees. Complete ownership of at least one HR process for the branch. Partnering business, understanding different needs of the group and deploying HR interventions. Collaborating with other HR stakeholders (TAG/RMG/ L&D/Corporate HR) as per requirement. Eligibility Masters Degree in Human Resource from reputed Management Institute 6-8yrs of experience in Human Resource from a Manufacturing Company (Pref experience - from the Mfg HR experience , handled Factory / Line HR ) Strong Knowledge of Human resource processes and Labour Laws
